Cancellations

Any order that is cancelled prior to being shipped from the factory will be assessed a 10% order cancellation fee + any fees the manufacturer may access.

If a web order is cancelled or returned it is subject to the following:

1. A restock fee from the factory if product has shipped
2. Once a product has shipped, outgoing freight is non-refundable, and customer is responsible for the return freight.
